The rules and statutes quoted on this site are real. They were checked on October 16, 2026 against the official texts published by the Supreme Court of Illinois and the Illinois General Assembly: Rule 1.18, Rule 7.1, Rule 7.2, Rule 7.3, Rule 7.4 and Rule 7.5 of the Illinois Rules of Professional Conduct of 2010; 820 ILCS 90/10 and 90/20 (Illinois Freedom to Work Act); 775 ILCS 5/2-109 (Illinois Human Rights Act).
The site was written to follow the Illinois advertising rules as a real firm would: every page names a lawyer responsible for its content and the firm’s office address (Rule 7.2(a)), no page states or implies results or compares the firm with others (Rule 7.1), and no lawyer is described as a specialist or an expert (Rule 7.4).
How the contact form protects what you write
The description and the names of other parties are encrypted in your browser with the Web Crypto API before the form is sent: AES-256-GCM with a new key for each message, and that key sealed with a 2048-bit RSA-OAEP public key (SHA-256). Only the encrypted text leaves your device. The matching private key is held offline by BRNSG; it is not stored on this website, in the database or in the email service.
Your name, email, phone number, company, practice area, deadline and preferred contact method are sent as written, so that the confirmation email can reach you.
